It is the sole responsibility of the member to maximize their benefits by arranging all appropriate appointments within the 12-month membership period. If appointments are not used, the member will not be entitled to a refund.

  • Our Care to Smile Savings Plan is not a dental insurance plan and can only be used at Charmoy Dental Associates.
  • The plan cannot be combined with other insurance plans, discounts, specials, or coupons.
  • The plan is not applicable to any treatment prior to joining.
  • A 12-month membership is required, with the fee due in full upon joining.
  • The plan becomes effective the day the plan payment is received.
  • Payments are due when services are rendered.
  • The plan is non-transferable and non-refundable.
